It is Tax Deductible
Anything you give as a donation to a non-profit organization is tax deductible.  That doesn’t just mean money. It can mean items that you own that you give to us. We allow you to set the value of your items, then give you a receipt for that amount. You then turn those receipts in when you file your taxes for that year. If you are a retailer, you can claim the actual value of the item you are donating, not what it costs you. Meaning you don’t lose profits to get rid of out of season items, such as jackets and sweaters.
